Budge Team is a young association based in Geneva which helps choreographers graduated from the "Ballet Junior de Genève" to create their first dance pieces by providing a solid structure in terms of administration and communication. Their objective is to support a certain number of first creations during a period of two years in order for the dancers and choreographers to learn the basis of administration and therefore be able to create their own structures. 

Through Budge Team, the choreographer Rudy Sbrizzi will be working at Flux Laboratory from the 4th to the 8th of December to develop "Don’t play that song for me", a piece that addresses the theme of identity as a personal process of "self-awareness".
